The price is good, but the service is spotty. I routinely need to reset my router every week, and according to their technical support, you need to leave it off for 2 minutes because that's how long their automated software performs a status update for connectivity. Occasionally, I'll get booted from my games on x-box, but I knew what I was buying at the time.

Edit, I have the 500mb fiber for ~$55/ month

I'm actually surprised about this article...

I've known people that have had their credit card stolen and they could tell you exactly where and when the credit card was used. Most of the time, the police just say "oh well"...and the stores surveillance team doesn't give pictures of they people to the news.

What's different here??
