I don’t think they do but the last part you said there I think is what the meme is really referencing. I know most companies aren’t trying to be unkind towards their workers. That being said, it’s nothing unheard of.

All I can say is, “I love unions job.” HR should change their names from “Human Resources” to “Employer Resources.” They don’t give a Phuck about their employees.

The format it’s presented in may be juvenile but it’s sentiment isn’t. There’s a lot of people working right now who are told HR is your friend. This can be true. They can also be your demise. The demise part is what companies tend to sweep under the rug which is why HR gets a bad rap.

One thing Ned can do, assist you in killing yourself off to escape the HELL he’s created here in this once great state.

Not everyone taking them is addicted to them. Dont project yourself/your experience with it onto other people. Take your unwanted, irrelevant comment elsewhere, thank you. 🙂

I think you nailed it. If an insurance company has a choice between covering an expensive treatment for a terminally ill patient vs. a lethal dose of barbiturates, which do you think they'll cover?
"Sorry Doc, we won't cover the treatment, but we WILL cover assisted suicide cuz that's legal in your state now...so....talk to your patient"

Many of their warehouses are actually located in NYS. Back in my commercial air cargo days, we handled ASML export shipments daily. A lot of what we would receive would be out of Newburgh and Poughkeepsie. Many of the crates were large enough that they would barely fit into a standard trailer, never mind being back-weighted to one corner so that even the biggest forklift we could fit onto the truck did not have forks long enough to get it cleaning off the floor. Between that along with the electronic shockwatches and Tip'n'Tells, they were interesting to move around at times.

I read through the comments and apparently it's legal. I have one word for people who work for companies who treat their employees so horribly: UNIONIZE!

Not everyone has such a juvenile outlook.
HR is employed by the company. Not the workers.

No pharmacy will tell you over the phone what their inventory on any controlled medication is. This is a liability issue.

I trust medical science. Medicine's likely the most researched topic on the planet, and there are lawsuits for malpractice all the time.

If we set the trend as a state, NY follows then mass, NJ, the east coast, then the south then the west and Midwest. As a human we should keep them off the streets to better our society, especially our home state.
