It makes sense to encourage otherwise healthy people to take their treatment. Then when CPR wouldn't really make sense to ever do, to encourage to change to DNR. Then when physical and mental extreme suffering is inevitable, to encourage physician-assisted suicide.

I can’t recommend Mystic enough. Plenty to do and great nightlife, especially in the summer. Expect things to be pricey, but anywhere on the CT coast won’t be cheap!

See this should've actually been a thing years ago. I can't even count bow many friends live in complexes that are slipshod at best, had to fix a friend's busted pipe earlier this week bc his landlord wouldn't

It’s like an endless summer…each season morphs into the next . I’ve dropped into the pavilion at decade intervals a few times and it’s an interesting sociological viewpoint

There is not nearly enough housing in the new london area to support 5000 new people

Everyone should have the ability to chose to die with dignity instead of prolonging the suffering

Speaking as someone who has been to every state in the US other than Hawaii...there is no "Real America" as far as I see it.
America is a huge country with vast differences between the states and coasts.
That said, I don't think you can go wrong with Connecticut or New England in general for your first visit.
Just got done hosting 3 friends from England here in Connecticut and a trip up to Maine/Boston and they had an amazing time. They couldn't get over how friendly everyone was and the lack of drama.

West Hartford, great public schools with a very very low violent crime rate. Through personal experience, I'd say it's one of the most anti-drug-and-alcohol high school systems, so that's a plus for kids. It's ranked #1 to live in (in CT) by Niche as well.
