I've been down in the yard twice. Never in my life have I seen more miserable, meandering, soul-crushed zombies. Some looked ready to step off a bridge.
No thank you, not for me.

Not sure it’s smaller? I’m looking at the footprints on Google Maps at the same zoom level and Milford’s looks bigger.
The traffic isn’t usually bad near WF. I live in town and reports of it being bad are grossly overrated. It is bad for a few hours on Saturday’s and during the holidays, otherwise pretty manageable.

Bus system works within reason. If you’re far off the bus line, and need to get somewhere far off the line… that sucks thick ones.

Milford WF is fine if it’s closer. Also I’m not sure it’s smaller. Looking at the footprints on Google Maps, Milford actually looks bigger.
Anyway, I’d just try both, or whatever’s quicker on a given day (just check on Google Maps for real time traffic).

Eloquent way of posting just a Google link with the search query. You've got my upvote.

How/where do I wash my under carriage?
That almost sounds sexual.

Make about $125-200/hr on most projects. Mortgage is $2800/mo. Nice area in Milford.
I don’t know how anyone making under $100k a year lives in a nice house comfortably anywhere desirable in the country. It’s pretty sad.

After reading that article it sounds far more likely a few companies who grease the right hands will be granted permission as opposed to state wide decriminalization. Serves me right for reacting to the headline. I guess that's how recreational cannabis dispensaries started so maybe there's reason for optimism

I agree with the New Haven and Mystic/Stonington Borough suggestions. New Haven is packed with great food, music, museums, art, culture, and the latter is quintessential coastal New England.
I love Guilford, Essex, Madison especially inbetween, but tough without a car. Sea Shanty Monday’s at the Griswold Inn would be an amazing experience for you.

It’s more of an underage driver fee— OP will still want to purchase liability and CDW if they are not otherwise covered for rental cars in the US.
Possible to get this fee waived or discounted if they are part of an eligible group.

It will happen. Unfortunately CT was behind many other states on weed.

I was gonna say get out of the Danbury area, but that’s a pretty solid suggestion. Could also throw in Nod Hill Brewery.

CT is a great place but, no car no bueno. You'll be stuck in one place or spend a fortune on taxi's and ride shares.
You could possibly stay one of the casinos and they have bus service to Boston and New York and possibly to the New London train station. Plenty of night life at the casinos.
