Shit drivers, poor road designs, lots and lots of single car accidents. And that's in good weather. Yeah, I guess you're right. Turn on the hazards, tap the breaks, whatever you have to do to warn people.

Always but thank you for mentioning it. I never put gas in the can for the mower or blower without adding stabilizer.

Frankly I was getting ready to drain the blower so that I could put that gas into one of the older cars (no reason to waste it).

I haven't graduated yet, but most my my friends that graduated last year took Themis and passed. I know BarBri had some issues with site outages last summer that Themis users didn't have. You really can't go wrong with either, though Themis breaks down their subjects into shorter videos (think 15-25 mins), while BarBri does much longer ones, so depending on your study style one may be better than the other. Best of luck!!

Didn't mention this in my comment, you absolutely MUST get multiple quotes like u/jjma14 says here. And you don't get the incentives if you lease.

In fact you should be doing that for just about any improvement to your house. So many contractors trying to take advantage of unaware homeowners that don't shop around.

I made a post about this a while back. Previous Solar Post

TLDR Owning outright is definitely the way to go if possible. If going to go with a lease and selling is on the table in the nearish future make sure you can provide billing statements that prove savings.

Tons of fine print to go over in these leases to make sure its worth it.

I'm not sure what the incentives are for this year, but owning seemed to make way more financial sense when we signed up last year. You get the tax incentives and any other benefits that would otherwise just go to sunrun. Also, negotiate hard. It helps if you have other quotes in hand, but sunrun came down thousands of dollars from their original quote and dropped the interest rates after talking a bit with them. Don't take what they first offer.

Sorry. It's distracting and unnecessary. Everyone is driving slow. It's snowing. And I can see your tail lights just fine.

Respect! I'm glad I made your day, but just remember, I can't control the weather, I ain't no weatherman. I just read what they tell me to read, ya get me? But I appreciate the encouragement to follow my dreams, maybe one day I'll become a professional meteorologist, or maybe I'll stick to my day job of being a top-notch interviewer and rapper. Either way, I'll keep hustlin' and makin' moves, and you keep stayin' positive and spittin' those good vibes! Keep it real.
