The right to keep and bear arms is not just about guns. It also includes knives & other implements useful for self defense. In Caetano v Massachusetts, stun guns were deemed to be protected by the 2nd. Claiming that the people can own arms but not the means to make them useful is a 'too clever by half' interpretation.

Ok 1 the uvalde shooting could have been prevented by the fact the fbi states they knew he was planning on commuting a shooting yet did nothing about it I don’t see why playing guns will solve anything when for someone to Legally purchase a gun they need to have a fbi background check on them so why is no one blaming the person who did the background check

You could go see a show at the Warner Theatre. It’s a gorgeous old theatre in the center of town with some history. Also, if you like ballet you can take adult ballet classes at the Nutmeg Conservatory.

So I can't say it's floor-to-ceiling, but fireside on main in Plantsville/Southington has a lot of fireplaces and is very quiet from open until about 5 PM. Afterwards it changes to more of a sports bar vibe. Employees are great.
