Never tried Jasper Hill but I forgot about and had Mystic at my cousin's wedding. They were very good but I, personally, give the edge to CCF. I absolutely love their Aged Bloomsday as a favorite but I also thought Mystic's Bleu cheese was better, for the record.

Storrs in Connecticut. Where UConn is based.

I am a debt free foreigner. Based on the income tax calculator, my net pay would be around 56,263$/4,689 per month. I'm planning to allocate 30% (1,400$) for rent and the rest to pay for basic life necessities, and maybe a car to get around. We're not big spenders, we're planning to do some savings. Sounds doable?

I don’t know if this is true or not. But I heard about it on the radio and it seems really sketchy if it’s true. I’m just curious if anyone else had heard about it.

Not really sure how any of that has anything to do with the price of custard, but still, here we are.

Ah gotcha. And I’m able to transfer my currently out of state license to CT at the same time I get the temp registration?

I would take Jasper Hill over Cato Corner, but Cato is definitely in the very top tier of CT. I would also include Arethusa and Mystic Cheese in that tier, depending on the style you’re looking for.

It depends on many aspects of financial situation…what is mortgage payment, any student loans, car payment, other debt, etc. Would need a lot more details.

I agree with this, it’s possible but it’s all on how the individual is with money.

Yeah, but police would have been notified and the resident trooper hadn’t gotten any reports from the school when he was asked about it. Now, who knows how many knew anything about it. But I’m sure there’s rumors around the school.

I’m going to try and re-listen to the radio broadcast when I have some time. I guess someone FOIAd records for a construction project and they released a bunch of documents and he was stunned what he found buried in there.

Yeah it’s a pain in the ass, since it’s out of state you’ll have to temp reg it in CT then go to emissions then go back with proof of taking the test. FYI, it doesn’t even need to pass emissions for the reg, just needs to show you went to get into the state database.

Kimberly is better for the price, Aerathusa milk is better, Ronniebrook and Kings from NYS are both contenders
