I can't say the mosquitoes are anywhere near as terrible here (I'm sure this depends if you live swamp adjacent or not) as they were in parts of Oregon (looking at you mazama campground,) but those weee gnats & flies that like to fly directly into eyes here drive me nutso. I will say the spiders are much more reasonably sized here than they were in the PNW & not as flea ridden here it seems as the pnw

You would think insurance companies would be lobbying to keep scrap yards from taking catalytic converters without proof of ownership of the car it came from... I mean my insurance company paid to have it replaced with an aftermarket one, payed to have the aftermarket one replaced with another aftermarket one, paid to have it replaced again... it has to be hurting their bottom line at some point

How much is your rent/mortgage? It can be done, yeah, but there’s lots of variables. I would say it’s possible to find something, if you’re asking specially on housing, within that range but not ideal
