You're the second person in the past two days admitting they're on the road illegally. I'm sure you maintained insurance too, right? AAA roadside is not insurance.

You need registration and insurance for your vehicle. You also need a license to drive. There, I figured it out for you.

Weather this winter in CT was as mild as Nashville- perhaps milder. We are further north - but we have a rapidly warming body of water nearby- the green blue Atlantic. So summers though hotter then 10 years ago are not going to be the brutal heat seen in TN.

Winters will see more chilly weather- but that warming ocean nearby is eliminating the differences in winter temps. Both Hartford and Nashville have essentially the same climate designation now- 'humid temperate' or 'humid subtropical'. Climate change will make the mid to lower south increasingly hot and stormy over this decade.

Housing prices in greater Hartford- median home price 324K. Nashville 448K- this is a big difference. Rentals: 1 bedroom 1400.00 metro Hartford. Nashville near 1800.00.

Also consider this: Housing prices in central CT are seen as only 14% over valued. In Nashville metro they are seen as 46% over valued.

Employment growth in CT is strong- job growth strong in health care, education & specialized manufacturing. Central CT was never a strong IT center- but its old economic base of innovative manufacturing has made a strong rebound.

On the political side TN is a deep red state- which says it represents 'freedom'- but freedom for whom? I would find the state of TN strangling- with the government telling me how to live my life- every move I make. That's not freedom.

So do any of you actually have kids? Cause this free lunch program isn’t exactly just that. In order to actually receive the free lunch you must fill out an application to do so, even if you already receive free lunch through any state supplement program, you still need to fill the form out or you will not be eligible. Also this will be adding several more families to the snap program as it states that they will evaluate each submitted form and then determine if you can receive additional SNAP benefits even if you never qualified for SNAP before. The one thing this email Gail to tell parents is an important one….SNAP may be recovered by the state, paid back in full if family comes into an inheritance or large sum of money, lotto etc. I was on snap for a couple and year cause I was struggling and then a friend told me about this so I called and asked if this was true and the SNAP customer assistance confirmed this. I received around 5,000 a year in SNAp benefits at the time, I dropped the program immediately as I didn’t want to be on the hook for paying back the state for assistance. This is a very important piece of information that this letter has left out.

Pratt and Collins sub out a lot of work to companies in CT. This happens at all steps of the business, from machining to repair, inspection, and specialized processes like heat treating.

I would imagine Kaman and Sikorsky are also responsible for their fair share of CT based vendors in their respective areas.

I mean, we've been a state that, while small, produces a lot of stuff since the beginning of time. one of my best examples of this is that during the Civil War Connecticut was producing a metric butt-ton of arms, ammo, and armaments for the Union.

Can't forget the classics, Milford and New Milford, and I think there's a Waterford? Basically start with a cardinal direction or "New" and then choose either bridge or water and end in a -ford, -town or -ton and you have a CT town name
