Unfortunately there is pretty much no medical device industry to speak of in Connecticut.

We have seven medical device categories on our business list here: https://biopharmguy.com/biotech-company-directory.php On each list you can scroll to the CT companies and see the few that operate in CT. Probably a better method than browsing a big list of all the CT companies where most are not device.

It's amazing what happens when states actually focus on their communities and try to address the socioeconomic factors that are the real contributors to violence.

That said, MA has similar issues with juvenile crime like CT does, so there's still a lot of work to be done. There were a lot of assaults around South Station in Boston over the past year all carried out by kids.

I see so many people explaining how solar helped them in January, if I generated 15 kW a day in January that was a great day. Things are already starting to turn around and production is moving towards enough to cover a whole days worth of consumption but man, November to January are sad production months for me.

Most towns in CT surrounding Hartford will meet your requirements of 1-3. There are plenty of other towns like Windsor, Manchester, Rocky Hill that also has a good amount of rental options for young working professionals.

Your ask on urbanization is not easily going to be met. Imo even West Hartford isn’t comparable to what most would think of as a “City”. Perhaps downtown New Haven would be as close as you can get in CT and be within reasonable hybrid commuting to Hartford.

Village Pizza in Easthampton is a very solid pizza. I'm glad to see they've still survived the gentrification of what used to be such a nice small town.

You say A1(in Chicopee) is owned by the same people? I haven't had great success in Chicopee finding a good Pizza and A1 is one of the spots I still haven't tried. Everything has been hit or miss.
