Drivers on 91 and all throughout CT suck. All I can say, is everyone needs to really be alert, pay attention, use their mirrors, and expect any of the other drivers to act like idiots. Be prepared and alert for anything, because drivers nowadays (esp on the highways) are terrible.

I agree with this completely. If you are driving slow on the highway, that is absolutely fine, I have absolutely no problem with that, just don’t hog the left lane and refuse to move over. I travel in the middle lane, and it’s dangerous when other drivers have to merge into the lane I’m in to pass a slow car, when they could pass in the passing lane if the slow car would move over. Also dangerous when the slow car tries to pace right next to me or is constantly just off to my side in my blind spot and not ever passing me.

No they didn't. The Wiemar Republic had stricter gun control laws. When the Nazis took over, they loosened the regulations for Party members. They only disarmed the specific groups they hated.

It helps to be familiar with history before you get all shitty and sarcastic about it. A cursory search reveals that you're talking out your ass, which means you put even less effort than that cursory search into justifying your belief. Or you looked up Nazi gun control, saw that what you believe isn't true, and just lied to me, hoping I wouldn't know or check.

Does it matter what's true? When I show you a map that shows a hundred countries without our gun violence problem, does it really make sense to keep acting like solutions are impossible?

Do you feel you're being honest?

They do this for one of mostly two reasons. Both are to keep cars at bay from passing to buy time. Either they need to slow traffic if there is debris in the road and a dot or state cop are pulling it off the highway ahead such as a tire, or something that fell out of a pickup, or second reason they're buying time for a road crew to get on an exit down to start laying cones for roadwork. I usually speed past this if it's a dot foreman or a tilcon truck.

I suspect it has to do with the 7600 fake nursing diplomas issued in Florida scheme (in NY times). I read that 20% of Stones instructors were not licenced to teach the classes they were. Bad governance in other states causing damage here.

The directors and officers of a corporation owe a fiduciary duty to shareholders, not to customers. If the directors or officers do something unreasonable and tank the corporation's value, the shareholders or ownership can sue the directors or officers for the breach of duty. That could include revealing information that would benefit customers to the company's detriment.

They might also screw their workers by closing the doors without notice and then not issuing final paychecks or honoring other compensation obligations.
