If you want to know who is funding the Kittleman campaign take a trip over to the Howard County Neighbors United group on Facebook. It is a cesspool of wealthy Republican grievance politics. A bunch of well off people claiming they are the true victims of policies aimed at benefitting the less well off, minorities, immigrants, and LGBTQ people.

Well when you post your signs on public property and public right of way, they get removed. Saw the county doing their job the other day by cleaning up the trash on the side of 29; they had a bunch of election signs going right in the trash where they belong.
