The only neighborhood where I saw any brick porch columns while clicking around was Somerville, FWIW.

kenwood st + Allston st/Putnam Ave but allston is in the 200s where they intersect so couldn't have been there. Already checked kenwood aves/rds/drives/etc but nothing like the pic.

Yea #21. Kenwood Street. I already checked the other kenwood streets in the area (somerville, boston, brookline) but none of them match so that's why I figure must be different street in cambridge - maybe another street they were delivering to?

If it was Amazon, they might be able to tell you if it was through their delivery vehicles.

If you can give us a general intersection vicinity, would be easier to narrow down a search in case they dropped it on the wrong corner etc.

Did you check Avenues/Places/Terraces etc? Medford/Arlington/Brighton?

It was the right house number. There is a street in somerville with the same name but it doesn't go up to 21 and the cross streets are in the 100s so couldn't be that. I also checked google streetview and none of the houses look like this

I would have said this porch almost feels more like a Somerville or Medford design...

Was the street number correct? Lots of identical street names in Cambridge and Somerville, as well as other towns nearby.

What is the evidence for this? In principle I understand the argument, but in the real world, where have property tax increases in the 5-10% range been definitively linked to home value decreases? Furthermore, what are the severe effects of small decreases in home value?

It’s not just the house rich though. Raising property tax appreciably will lower the value of homes in the city which could have severe effects.

What they have is very affordable. But I'll always be salty that They don't sell ice cream.
