I’ve actually been to Holden. Biked through it while I was riding my bike to Amherst. There are certainly problems with Cambridge, but calling Holden more bikeable than Cambridge is just so laughable. And that’s why I put up with the problems in Cambridge - I like living in a place where people actually commute by bike.

I’ve been cultivating a conspiracy that this dude is trying to offload real estate in Holden. It’s an attempt to increase the home value of the property. Either that or it is the mayor’s staff? I’ll entertain any other explanations over at r/holdenhero

Also, your mention of “homeless people” in this weirdly massive list of things you don’t like about Cambridge is pretty rich coming from someone who lives so far away. It’s not wild think that people without secure housing would gravitate to an urban hub like Cambridge. Cambridge also has a lot of resources for people in that situation. But nice job including that as an issue for issue, alongside something like “parking too expensive”. Ffs.
