Do you recommend any model in particular? I was thinking about buying this one for my Baffins: Yaktrax Walk Traction Device

Not specifically for women but Tanner Goods Trucker wallets are great

This week I posted about my North Face Jester in this sub. I got it before I started my 8th-grade year and have been using it basically every day since then! I am 27 now. This backpack has lasted 14 years!

I believe the term for them is a continental wallet- their dimensions are about the same as a dollar bill laid out flat. they're sized for purses rather than pockets.

I second that. I was gifted one… more than 15 years ago and it’s still in perfect condition. Wouldn’t say like new but there’s no real sign of wear and tear on it and I’ve used it continually since then. Edit: just to add, mine’s fabric with a zipper. Zipper’s top shape still.

Not sure about dumb, but my Osprey pack holds well after 6 years of abuse. Lost a chest strap once, customer service mailed me a spare one, no questions asked.

Kate spade as well! I had this leather wallet for over 3 years and it still looked as good as new! Only had to recently replace it when it was stolen

I was going to also recommend Portland Leather Goods. I have pretty much exclusively used their bags and one of their wallets for the last 2 years, and they still look great.

This is what I recommended as well. Brands like that make awesome quality leather goods. My Gucci card holder has held up better than anything I’ve tried before, and it gets a lot of use

Something from a luxury leather brand will last a long time. I’ve carried a Gucci card holder in my pocket everyday for 3 years and it still has the same elasticity when you take a card out as it did new. Still looks amazing.

I had multiple jansport but they didnt last long. They where both velours and i did put heavy books in them. I now have fjallraven and the quality is amazing. I use it now 4 years everyday and still is perfect. But if you want more basic, i think of kipling (great quality) or eastpack (cheaper)

If you ever start to feel bad about it, just remember the girl who thought the common expression for a kid having a growth spurt was “grower not a shower” and used that to describe her brother, for years, anytime someone mentioned how tall he was getting.
It’ll be a balmy day in hell before she lives that down.

I'd check out London brands Ettinger, Swaine Adeney, or (the now defunct) Papworth. New they may be over your budget, but I picked up an as new Swaine Adeney briefcase for £500 which is brilliant and will last many lifetimes

Perfect for that, I use one of them as my carry-on/"personal item" cuz it fits perfect for the cheap airlines.

Yeah, I looked up on their website and I think they have something like a 30 year guarantee

I was just coming to say hobo. I have a Rachel that's over 15 years old and I love it. I can't recommend their bags though... thought the quality would translate and sadly it does not.

Don't Jan sport repair for free? I have luggage from them that's 15+ yrs old & has done numerous transatlantic trips & plenty more domestic & are still doing great!

I was recently looking for the same. Check out Lo&Sons wallets! Thoughtful designs and their slim wallet can hold a passport too. They also use quality materials like leather link here
