Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring is very durable and used in a lot of commercial buildings. It will withstand mopping and can still look very nice. Wood-look planks. They put these in new houses even. Best wishes for your new home.

Interior define. High quality custom furniture. Request all of the samples and then more. They have various material types that could fit your needs. We went with one of their performance velvet colors that was rugged and cleaned well for having young kids and a dog. It is awesome. They have dozens of types so seriously order every single one.

All these are great recs. See if there's an office liquidator in your area. They're often hidden away in industrial areas, but if you can find one that's open to the public they're a great alternative to Craigslist.

Hi and thank you. I have done a lot of searching/research and it has helped a lot. For example, I was able to narrow down a robo-vac through google/BIFL, etc. Things I could not find or had the potential to be outdated or found a lot of conflicting/confusing answers to, I tried to compile from a list already on the go and memory. That said, I get your frustration. I hope you can get why I perceive some of the replies as grumpy.

Take care

I think inflation calculators are often crazy. My father was a detective with the Houston police department in 1958, and his gross pay was right at $172/month.

I know this because my mother just told me about graduating from secretarial school in 1956, having to buy a similar typewriter (financed it for 3 years at about $2.55/month), and here and dad talking about the money…

In real money, I think these would be something like $3k today.

She still has hers.
