Buckles too. They sent me one for free when my pup chewed it.

They really, really work, IMO. I've used them to sort out ski clothes, insulated bags, and a friend's waterproof jacket.

It looks like you shared an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web.

These stack when the lids are off. They are pretty leak proof although I don't carry soup in them sideways a lot to really test it.

Just picked it up from my grandparents today. It was a 24/7 outdoor cooler

I have several and they work perfectly. People like to get romantic about products from the past and act as if they’re superior but Stanley makes a great product to this day.

Yes!
This picture was taken immediately after drying it from a deep clean. I try to wash it yearly but missed the few years before washing it this year. I just use dawn dish soap and a scrubber to get into every little nook I can. I clean all the teeth on the zippers as well.

Don’t get me wrong it’s on its last legs now but did it’s duty for school. I also have an old jansport for backpacking somewhere that has served me well

I thought about upgrading to a recon 2 years ago but I had the same experience of it feeling cheap.

I've never had a Jansport backpack last more than 6 months, but maybe I was buying the school-oriented ones and not the outdoor ones? I've gone through at least 10 in my life because my grandma would buy them for me every year.

Do you think that works better than baking soda/boiling water? In your experience with white vinegar, does it taint the taste?

I love Stanley’s. It’s so nostalgic and the green is just perfect. By dad got the lunchbox and thermos combo back when they used to do those Lipton tea reward points, still uses them both to this day.

Have another G-Shock : GWM5610. Small, solar powered and radio controlled. Will last forever. For less than 100$ I think (it's around 100€ in Europe where I live)

I've only had mine for a year, but it's literally the only backpack I've ever had that's lasted an entire year. It looks good as new. I have faith it's gonna hang in there for awhile!
