Equipment failure? I've seen a number of these with blown motors, blown gears, etc. What the hell do you think the grease is for?

Tenacious tape! I used it to patch winter gloves that I fell and ripped the palms out of three years ago, I didn’t think it would hold up in a high use area but it has! And I wear these gloves for bike commuting so I’m hard on them!

We bought a Bosch washing machine 2 years ago, because Miele was too expensive. If I could change that decision, I would. Things we wash in our machine, look worse with every washing cycle. Seems like the machine isn't gentle enough. I never had this problem with my dad's Miele that I used for 10+ years (and it's still going strong). It doesn't matter what program we wash our laundry in, the Bosch will make it look more and more worn every time.

It made sense in their early days back in 1995 or so when they were producing giant bean bag chairs and the “Love Shack” song was fresh in peoples mind. I think they still make the bags but even those have always been out of my price range.

I use TNF Borealis bags for about 10ish years before I swap, not because they're unusable but because I wanna change styles. They last pretty much forever other than some fading. I'm about due for my 3rd set but I haven't found a design I've liked and I'm not really fond of their recent design changes with regards to the compartments and sizes.

Absolutely love my joules harbour tops. Wear and wash/dry at least weekly, and a after a couple years they still look new. I can’t find anything similar in quality…

Just found this sub, and had to comment because we have a Lovesac Sactional! 5 kids (7 & under) plus 2 large, shed-crazy dogs. It’s been almost 4 years and looks brand new still.

We haven’t had to replace any covers or pieces yet, but customer service was very helpful for my sister whose dog scratched hers (crazy digger). Obviously haven’t put it to super long-term use yet (8-10+ years), but it’s met many pukes, spilled bottles and juice cups, pen and slime attacks, and fared exceedingly well. We’ve moved houses, and I’m constantly rearranging our furniture as our 3 youngest have been born and grow more, and the structural versatility is priceless to me, and I’ve yet to damage it. Highly recommend upgrading the fill to Lovesoft or Down (what we have) if you like cushy, the difference is significant compared to standard, and the down has held up so well for us without sagging.

Does the guarantee include dog damage?

The spot around the shoulders where it burst at the seams is not repairable… well atleast no easy fix.
