I love Snap Lock containers. They last 10 years plus, and won’t chip unless someone decides to hulk out when unloading the dishwasher.

Man reading these comments makes me thing this is in no way a BIFL product. I spent $1100 on a sectional 8 years ago and still going strong. No covers, pads or anything else replaced and it looks brand new. Plus have dog and cat that always sleep on it. These comments about having to replace the covers after a few years and the company charging $1500+ for that makes this company seem like a scam. If it was $4k or more for a couch but everything lasted a decade I would say go for it but only lasting a few years for that price no way

I’ve had a “sactional” for 3 years. My 75 lb dog jumps on and off it all the time, and my wife games almost every morning on it. We spent lock down on it, and many family have slept on it. It’s still as good as the day we brought it home. We bought it because my dog wrecked two couches beforehand and we wanted something that we could wash easily and replace parts ourselves if needed. However besides washing the covers, we haven’t even had to consider replacing anything. There used to be a life time warranty. But I’m not sure if it still stands. I didn’t get the bells and whistles. I only focused on the couch being an actual couch, and it is the one item in my house that I’m always thankful my wife and I agreed to buy it.

I use a Crown Royal glass from the thrift store. Nice heavy bottom so it doesn't tip over and you can throw it in the dishwasher. If you like booze, the box sets come with a pair even, for lazier swapping.

As an elementary school teacher I would LOVE for my husband to buy me a pair of nice BIFL chelsea boots that have the support and comfort I need to be on my feet all day, but dressy enough to wear to work, and something that I could wear nearly every day with most outfits.

Also, a BIFL watch that I could match with my outfits. You would be surprised how often our clocks in the classroom are down and we have to rely on our computers and/or cell phones to know what time it is.

Consider how she brings her necessities to work. Does she wear a backpack, or does she carry a tote, or is she one of those teachers who brings everything in a million different bags? I'm a backpack type of teacher and I absolutely LOVE the leather backpack that my husband purchased for me ~5 years ago. It makes me look like an actual adult rather than a kid showing up to campus.

I poked a hole in my inflatable sleeping pad for backpacking about 6 years ago. The same Tenacious Tape patch is miraculously still holding air. I don't even believe it myself.

If you’re looking for wool I would recommend Sleeping Indian. I use their heavy wool jacket for hunting, I abuse it like no other, and it’s held up wonderfully.
