That's the point isn't it? Igloo used to be built like a tank and suitable for the main job.

The best part is if you lose a Zojirushi they're not very expensive to replace.

I’d never heard of this brand until a couple weeks ago when the in laws got a new Zoji coffee maker. I thought it was an off brand from Amazon. Now I know better and have ordered one of these to replace my daily use Contigo.

Looked them up and compared labels. Yeah, they’re the same.

35 years and never used those cup holders....

La Canadienne. They're marketed as being snow-tolerant but I live in a city that just gets rainy in the winter. Many dressy boots, even those made from quality leather, get worn-looking when worn outside in the rain which sort of defeats the purpose. My La Canadiennes have kept going - and looking dressy - season after season with regular polishing and minor repairs. Unfortunately many durable features popular on long-lasting masculine shoes like Goodyear welts just aren't considered appropriate for a dressy, feminine pair of heeled boots. La Canadienne boots may be over $500 new and full price but I often find new pairs available on some sites for as low as $200.

I have three of these. One time I made tea and brought it to work and forgot about it. 12 hours later, when I remembered it, my tea was too hot to drink.

I've had multiple baristas take pictures of them because they were the only mugs they have ever poured coffee into and couldn't feel the heat coming through.

I love these things, and I've also had mine for years.

Makes sense then why people say they should be replaced every few years regardless of whether the indicator is still lit or not. Learned a thing today!

High quality shearling slippers. Teaching requires a lot of time on one's feet and having something nice and comfy to slip on after work that regulates temperature is nice.

Setting aside space for, and getting started on (the idea is you continue with a lot more of her input) an ergonomic work-from-home space for her to use as needed. People don't often realize how much work teachers have to take home and as home is not seen as the primary work location they often will work at the kitchen table, couch etc which causes back stress and so forth over time.

When I went shopping for one of these it did not price out. Their "lifetime warranty" is on the frame only and everything else is 3 years or less, it does not cover any damages from pets, liquids, etc. The replacement cushions and covers are not cheap and replacing those add up quick. If I misinterpreted the fine print I would love to know but $6-8k for a 3 piece love seat was way out of my budget, plus I have dogs that will use it so I will have to assume the warranty does not apply to me.

One of the times our covers needed to be washed was from markers. 😂 Fortunately for us, they were the washable kind so it came out easily.

My wife is a 2nd grade teacher. The best gift I’ve gotten her are used Panasonic or Boston pencil sharpeners from the 90s. Nostalgic from our childhood and beastly. Just don’t let the kids use colored pencils in there.

I would say yes they are pricey so there I’ll be sticker shock. You can start small though and add on over time. It’s totally modular so can be rearranged to different shapes.

We've had our tan microfiber covers for 4+ years and they are still in great condition. They've been washed (machine wash, air dry) a few times as needed. We don't eat on the couch or let the dog up there but we're not gentle either.
