honestly its not a big difference between the leaf and some other good double edge razors anyway. i have a gilette my grandad used in korea that goes for about the same price but i prefer the leaf in every way, especially since i use it to shave my head and not just my neck

its not cheap but you could check out "the dresser" by Thuma. it's modular, so you can take it apart easily and it's all real wood. I believe you can also add units to it as you go.

So I know with their boots if you bought them while they still had the lifetime warranty you can get them replaced once now and then that’s it. I would like to think that goes for everything in their catalog but I’m not sure

Right, not for water.
I let mine get wet and the leather stretched out. Now they’re hard to walk in because they’re too loose.

Bro, STFU, you paid 35$ for it??? I’ve had my Rancilio Silvia since 2014 and haven’t had to maintenance it at all other the the occasional descaling. I also paid full price for it (over 1000$ cad) and that is why I consider your purchase of it an absolute steal. Well done.

Also, you’ll never find a duvet that 1000 full power down. You wouldn’t want or need it anyways. 650-700 is fine for a duvet. What matters is how much down is used, you need a decent amount (weight) to be comfortable and well insulated.

So Redbacks are indeed more comfortable than Blundstones? If so, I may have to give Redbacks a try!

Paramedic here.
I prefer Redbacks over Blundstones, 100%. Absolutely love them. If you take care of them they will last years.
Honestly, it feels like I’m walking on a cloud.

I had two pairs. Sadly after about 8 years the soles just disintegrated one day and all of this black stuff that looked like toner from a copy machine came out. I happened to be a work and left big black footprints all over the office.

This is such a good score! I was a barista in high school; make sure to invest in some brushes to clean is well and to “break down” the machine fully when you clean it. (Remove grate, etc.) if you do that, it can last for a literal decade or two.

Try a wire rack with plastic containers or baskets. Get a variety of different colors/sizes/depths, space the shelves big at the bottom and small at the top. Easy breakdown and you can use the containers for moving.

Yes, though if you set a phone in airplane mode, the battery lasts a lot longer. Wireless connectivity is probably the biggest power drain next to screen brightness and gps.

Ok, maybe their site is just weird. When I looked at the page for sheet sets there's nothing there under 1k, but when I searched for "Percale" then I found some sets in the price range you're describing, which is still expensive but much more reasonable. Although I still wonder why anyone would pay over a thousand dollars for a sheet set, unless it was truly BIFL.

Hmmm the treat looks a little too aggressive for the running I do, but I love a minimalist shoe and some of the offerings look great and their trainers have a wide toe box, so I'm contemplating those too lol. Thanks!!

Those are good machines, especially if you add a PID which is a water temperature regulator. Set it to 202.5 Fahrenheit
