No. Neanderthal would be a beast in a fight, and would probably head-butt opponents into submission. There was a scene in the movie Altered States in which the protagonist becomes a throwback (neanderthal probably) and starts beating up on zoo animals. Savage.

yes definitely, eventually we'll be dependent on technology. examples are if the sun goes out (which i highly doubt we would even be alive for that to happen) we would need some technology to create artificial light, however everything and anything can malfunction and that'll be the doom of us

Beautiful. Average intelligence is good enough 99% of the time unless you want to be a rocket surgeon or something fancy like that.
