I lean all the way back on my chair or couch, then totally relax all your muscles so you're just ragdoll flopped backwards. Then put your hands behind your head and curl up your body like you're doing a situp. If everything goes right you'll hear a ton of cracks in your back, feels so good.

No, I’d earn it myself by getting a small loan of a million dollars as build up my own wealth, and use that wealth to succ myself off
