I would still have mortgage, bills to pay, groceries etc.
I would still have to work just to cover my monthly expenses.

It was apparently the sun reflecting on their radar that looked like ICBM’s had been launched. With Vasily Arkhipov, it was depth charges dropped by their submarine, 2 others had agreed to a nuclear launch, and as 3 approvals were required for launch Arkhipov refused. These guys should both get a day were we all celebrate them.

10 years. Because moving up basically means starting over again making less money for about a year or so. Hard to do with a family.

I think the problem is that a lot of men either don't even hear it when it happens, or give the person the benefit of the doubt on intent.
Most of the guys I know would never believe they'd tolerate blatant misogyny. However, experience has shown me out on my own dealing with it, and struggling to convince them of what was going on.

Sitting at home one day and heard someone running up from my (ground floor) basement. Expected it to be my mum so I looked over to the top of the staircase but nobody came up. Went and looked and nobody there. I'm certain I heard someone RUNNING up the stairs, it was so loud. I dont believe in ghosts or anything so I know there is a rational explanation for it but it scared the fuck out of me
