Honestly the original argument was about gay marriage, I was just hoping to tow tear down the repetitive rhetoric and get to the core of what someone is in support of gay people living a normal life with other consenting adults, in the poll in will specify that and perhaps make a separate poll specifically about the trans community

Focus on food with high water-content like fruits and vegetables and soups. They will make you feel fuller longer. I lost 25+ lbs in ~4 months from making healthier choices and logging the food I ate in an app so I knew how many calories I was consuming. I didn’t stop drinking wine, I just planned for it in what I was eating. Avoided desserts except on special occasions (for me it was easier to abstain from desserts rather than have just a tiny sliver, but it’s also okay to keep eating dessert if you plan for it by eating lower calorie items throughout the day.)
