I don't drink, I'm not going out after about 8pm to avoid drunk drivers, I have no friends having events (I have no friends ...), so I literally have nothing else to do.

Yes* but with caveats. Not in the house and not in an enclosed space. That's how you get a smoker where you can't tell they do since they're not standing in it.
Mouth hygiene would be more important. Don't like kissing smoke mouth. Can't be too many a day. I'm okay with a steady habit like one b4 work 1 after work. A few more on days off. You lack discipline with the addiction and edge closer to pack a day, I'm out.
