Intentionally funny or unintentionally? For me it was VelociPastor on Prime. Extremely low budget, the acting, costumes, and lack of special effects make it a worthwhile watch. It actually has a scene of a car where in letters on the screen it says, “Insert VFX”.

I'm not a big fan of supplementing only with whey protein. Look into a product called Trutein. It has whey, casein, and egg white. My post workout meal is a whey shake, but if I ever supplement aside from that, I use trutein.
