Continue the self-improvement I do 364 other days of the year.

Some of my friends get really into resolutions. The bigger deal they make out of it, the faster it's going to get dropped by the wayside, it seems. Maybe it's just a bias because poorly motivated people are attracted to the date thing.

Right now I'm working on mindfulness, smiling at strangers more (weird but it feels good, and they smile back), and intimacy with my SO.

2022 turned out to be way better than I could have envisioned it, because I worked on myself every single day, without any expectations of what it would get me. "Wear life like a loose garment" as they say in the Program.

Joyce Summers.

Also Morticia and Gomez. They’re so supportive of each other and of their children, even when their kids take interest in things they don’t quite understand (say, for example, bringing home a puppy and wanting to be a Boy Scout). I grew up watching the old TV show (I’m 24, but my parents had it on tape—literally—and it was my favorite show) and always adored their family dynamic.
