I know it doesn't really look like her, but the first thing this made me think of was The Last of Us 2.

Kind of reminds me of the video game Apotheon.

Love the style, and the texture.

The red on the forehead, japanese style writing, and horns remind me of Kiriko from Overwatch. I doubt you took inspiration from there, just thought it was a cool similarity.

My reference photo was me taking a bath—spot on! I wanted to look submerged into the mountains and make my legs into the shape of a mountain :)
