Interesting, my entire interpretation of this was that the DoorDash screen was where orders were coming in and the cook was maniacally about to destroy it with the torch.

This is fantastic! and what a unique layout for the piece. Really cool contrast between the heart and the dish with the elaborate molding around it. Gives off a really nice gothic vibe.
