Oh, wow! This is exceptional.
I see a lot of amazing art on reddit, but this is one of the few that is really in a league of its own; something that I save to my photos and enjoy looking at sometimes.
It’s like something from a DMT vision.

It's about antinatalism yeah. The image should be more or less easy to understand. Baby near birth sees its life in advance, the horrors it would experience and decides not to be born.
