Jesus. No, they weren't what?
The luddites were taking organised action because they were about to be put out of a job. How is that any different to the rail strikes in the UK? The benefits of automation were not equally distributed - and here's a newsflash for you - they STILL aren't equally distributed or there wouldn't be mass strikes across the UK and US at the moment, to increase pay.
The line that you and others parrot about them just destroying machinery like lunatics as though they actually had it out for machines is laughable, and plenty of historians have spoken against this idea.
> Malcolm L. Thomis argued in his 1970 history The Luddites that machine-breaking was one of a very few tactics that workers could use to increase pressure on employers, to undermine lower-paid competing workers, and to create solidarity among workers. "These attacks on machines did not imply any necessary hostility to machinery as such; machinery was just a conveniently exposed target against which an attack could be made." An agricultural variant of Luddism occurred during the widespread Swing Riots of 1830 in southern and eastern England, centering on breaking threshing machines.

That’s just the entry level option that prevents you from getting shot in the head by our friendly armed staff. The package with food costs 399 Bezos bucks per month. You will be paid a handsome salary of 3 BB per hour for the minimal labor tasks you perform.

"What other people said" or in other words bullshit. We dont really know anything about his involvement at all. He has a producer credit but that could just be ego padding.

Unfortunately I make pretty decent money for the area I live in and have a family to support and take care of. This affords is to live reasonably comfortably. First world problems, I know…

I park at the expressway garage and only pay $115 a month. It's at the corner of 9th and Canal.

I paid out of pocket for a total of 6 sessions and it was very much worth it. I’ll also say that I didn’t have any medications on board at the time. I don’t think I’ll ever take another SSRI or the like again.

Yep they make it really pleasant if your route has then (I go up and down 15th ST NW, and with the bike lights it’s awesome going from admo to Downtown)

Sounds a lot like my reaction a couple years ago after beating Persona 5 and Nier: Automata back to back. In my case, I was kind of ruined on gaming as a whole for a while after that, they both felt like they were on a different level and everything else would be a letdown. And when I did get back into games, I almost had to go towards the complete opposite, playing either accidentally bad games, "so bad it's good" games like No More Heroes, or just low player effort games like tower defense stuff, Dynasty Warriors, Tony Hawk, Need for Speed, Borderlands, or (ironically) Diablo. Just stuff I could veg out to that was obviously not even aiming to be among the AAA best, so I could avoid the comparisons and just take the games for what they were, usually dumb fun.

It's just that 3 12 packs a week still seems like it takes some level of self control and I think typically people assume alcoholics are powerless to their addiction. But I'm happy for you!
