I agree I hope it's more star trek or that way of living than anything, true self aware thinking A.I. with all the knowledge in the world may decide that the worst of humans is greed and eliminate it thus giving all a utopia to live in where money has no value and creativity knowledge and freedom of being is what all strive fore. Like in some sy fy movies and books. Either way it will be out of our hands in a flash.

"Adopted" needs to be in the heaviest of quotes. Those disgusting, entitled assholes kidnapped her, lied to her family, and manipulated their way through US courts to get their way. And they still get to keep her and have a chance at arguing their case. That poor girl needs to be returned to her family, and Mast needs to be dishonorably discharged and he and his family need to face criminal charges for their actions.

Yeah if you don’t insist on living in the highest COL areas of the state it’s very reasonable. I work in providence but the rents here in northern Ri are more reasonable and the competition for units less insane. If you insist on living in a 2 bedroom on the East Side then no, you will have a hard time affording to live here

Edit: fixed typo

I guess it just depends on where you’re going. We mostly travel out west and the prices aren’t too bad to go to CA but always have a layover in Dallas. We’re saving a few hundred dollars a ticket by flying to the PNW via STL. So that was worth it to us. We also don’t live in Springfield so the drive won’t be too bad.
