Payment plan with the IRS and have your employer deduct a little more from your paycheck for taxes so that next year you get a little back and that can go towards the balance you owe.
The IRS payment plans can be easily set up online, I currently have two of them and my husband has like 5.

Probation system is to milk money that the poorest of us don’t have mostly due to addiction and nonviolent crimes, something that should have never been penalized punitively in the first place, but these demons make too much money to give it up, if you can’t pay? Monetized slave labor in a for profit prison for you.

FFS man, how many fire pits do you have?
Tell me it's more than 3! I'm jealous already, as you can tell.
Guys what are we doing tonight? We're lighting up all the firepits, boys and throwing read-hot horseshoes around!!

The process/requirements vary dramatically from place to place. There's no one answer to this question.

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem because the sanity meter was one of the best game mechanics of any horror game.

Sorry … most of us who play in the snow in the winter out here in the Pacific Northwest. I’ll edit.

Reply to How do I (24f) deal with resentment towards my parents (65m, 60f) for their financial ineptitude? by [deleted]
Why do you feel you need to pay for their retirement or medical care? If they’re in the US for example, they can get Medicaid and Medicare to cover their medical and assisted living or skilled nursing. You don’t have to swoop in financially and honestly shouldn’t.
I’ve dealt with similar and while I’ve helped my mother and grandmother organize things, I am not paying their way. You are not their retirement plan. Live your life.
