Honestly it is most likely international based. Sowing anguish and anger is a Russian speciality. China was just caught meddling in many Canadian elections, including Mayoral race of Vancouver. If they're willing to interfere with a mayoral race they certainly can send off fake shooting bot phone calls.

Well... I had my hair bleached at the salon. I didn't like the color so I just kept playing with it, used permanent and semi permanent colors. It's a mess now of many colors and also my dark roots. I'm hoping to just go back to brown and chop the damage off but I need someone who can make it look okay again.

So bank loans charge interest, let's say 10%. The bank gets it.

A 401k loan charges interest to the owner, but goes back to the account. 401k loans are charging 9-10% right now versus paying out to the bank.

Edwards said the two officers fired at the man “within a second or two” of exiting their cruiser. The suspect was struck and injured by the gunfire.

Eek. I hope more information is published soon

Call this architect, I highly recommend them for a project like this. The city is looking for a drawing (however simple) of the work that is being performed. The architect will make that drawing and submit the correct permit app to the city on your behalf, as well as connect you a qualified contractor that has experience performing this work.

It will be worth it knowing that the work is properly documented and permitted. Having the architect's stamped drawings and approved permit gives you protection is issues arise during or after the project is complete.

As others have mentioned, if a contractor performs this work w/o permit and something happens his or your insurance may not protect you.

Because I had anxiety problems, I could never sleep. Not like just not much but at all. I'd be awake for a week before finally crashing out and even then it was never a comfortable satisfactory sleep.

My partner discovered that I'd sleep like a baby if I put my head on her and she'd run her fingers through my hair. It was such a comforting feeling I just drifted off. I really miss that.
