Ok, I admit that it's been a while, my younger is a college Junior! But we always found 'children's museums' better than LSC until they were at least preteens.

Really? I took a training course on giving narcan. They said that if someone is not currently on/addicted to opioids, it should have no perceivable effect on them, so if you have suspicion someone ODed and is unresponsive, give it to them, as worst case scenario it does nothing. I now worth it could make a shock case worse. Obviously this is a niche scenario, but I wonder if that's true.

It's highly unlikely that she'll end up paying her own bills. At the bare minimum this is a workman's comp claim never mind the lawsuit.
The incident happened 7 days ago - it'll take a while to sort out the payments but worst case she'll have a hell of a legal case.

There's a lot of wrong ones, though. If he insists OP pay half of his lifestyle, he's a selfish prick. She should pay what she can afford and not a penny more. Ideally that means he covers the rest, given his income is so much higher, but at minimum it means she's not spending money she doesn't have.

When it comes to defining whether the meaning of a word is valid or not yes, absolutely you can’t have a “stricter” definition because it’s a binary operation. Either the definition is valid or it’s not.
Battery as a single object is a valid definition. It is, to use your language, strictly valid and just as strictly valid as other accepted and used definitions.
You are, ironically, confusing definition of words, with definition of situations.

It took literally hours before getting an evaluation. By then I had been having my breakdown for so long that I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. When the guy came out to meet me with me seemed completely disinterested, essentially told me to perform breathing exercises and I'd be fine (I was not fine, I didn't need inpatient care but I did need professional resources), by the end he basically just shrugged and walked away. My family left with nothing to show for it except for a ludicrous bill for basically being told to do something that would do close to nothing
