Yeah... definitely will be dumbing down the smart phone for the lil one when it comes time to giving them one.

Internet Browser, Texting app, Phone app, Email app, Camera app, and that's about it.

No YouTube, No Facebook, No Instagram, No TikTok or anything similar to these apps.

I know even giving the browser might be much but in my own youth it was a great resource and I'll likely blacklist a whole host of sites if I can.

Seen plenty of kids with devices from friends & family and none of them seem honestly for the better for it; most have horrific attitudes or generally just struggle with some form of anxiety issue when the device is taken away.

Making the device utilitarian should help to prevent such behavior from occurring instead of allowing it to be an entertainment delivery mechanism.

I’m not sure exactly how to phrase this, but issues like these point out a contradiction in current green environmental policy.

We want to protect nature in its pristine form. But we also want to re do our power grid, install renewable energy plants and make all cars electric.

We don’t have enough metals like copper, lithium, and cobalt to do this. Which means we will have to open up many many new mines, which is really destructive to nature and the surrounding communities.

An uncomfortable truth we need to start looking at.

How is your credit? Can you apply for a balance transfer card or even a few so you can be paying a chunk off with no interest? This is not a free pass, this gives you a certain period of time to pay it off before you have interest again, but to be paying completely to the principle balance can cut down on interest paid and total cost paid.

Like being naked on stage in front of millions of people and you're like "wtf is going on right now?!!" Complete mental and sensory overload. You experience trillions of thoughts all at once and none of them make fucking sense. You feel giant invisible anaconda wrapped around your chest just squeezing you to death, knees are weak, arms are heavy...mom's spaghetti.

Ok I am very familiar with Asperger’s and what you described doesn’t sound like that, it sounds like he’s a selfish asshole and is emotionally abusive. Why do you have to follow weird rules and do things his way? What happens if you don’t? I HIGHLY recommend that you DONT do things his way, because it will be healthier for you and your daughter.

I am I’m the US so I don’t know what resources are available to help you. I hope he would have to pay you alimony. Best wishes to you
