"Getting everyone their own personalized model" sounds awesome, but I don't have a lot of faith in that happening any time soon. YouTube's algorithm hasn't figured out I don't want sports videos in my feed no matter how many times I tell it I'm "Not Interested". That would be peanuts compared to the personalization he's talking about.

Call me crazy but maybe you need a new circle of friends...you must work in a coke factory or perhaps a strip club? go ahead and try to get away from the coke, I assure you it is not hard at all to do...in fact most people dont do coke, every day/week. Most never do it at all...you may have a slightly skewed friend group..sure if all your friends are cokeheads/partiers then all you will see is that. the world is bigger than that my friend.

ELI5 is not for actual 5 year olds. It's for an intelligent layperson.

Day length fluctuations explains all in a depth that is beyond me.

When I went with my son to Greenwich observatory on the River Thames, London.

We looked at our GPS co-ordinates we found that the zero meridian was 100m or so further east than the observatory. This was explained as being caused by the earth slowing more than anticipate and so the 0° meridian moves further east.

Every so often there is a leap second when this occurs the GPS data resets the zero meridian back to the observatory

Look into a pro rated exclusion of the gain from the home sale. Usually it has to be from a job loss or health reasons but there is a lot of wiggle room. Even if you only lived there for 1 year, you could excluden $125,000 of gain.
