It was another energy program or company, i just got confused because they asked for my pseg bill and thought they were from pseg. But they did ask to check the bathroom they didn't really explain themselves a whole lot, later my aunt came and she was figuring who they were and why they were there, they left shortly after that, they also seemed a bit annoyed

Share price after conversion will be (based on values at close):

Conversion price = total market cap ÷ total shares outstanding.

New price = conversion price x 10.

Obviously that completely depends on prices at close on the last trading day before it happens. But if they remain similar I'd expect a conversation price between $2 to $3.

Then the "new" stock to get hammered by dilution following RS.

So yeah those strikes make sense. Can't really argue with that.

I'm currently long preferred shares but I'll be getting out of dodge before it actually converts.

I'd be careful with Puts though especially shorter dated expiries. Don't underestimate people's stupidity to fomo buy after the RS.

Few people know about New Mexico's mountain ranges. Wheeler Peak, above Taos, NM, is over 13,000 feet. For perspective, that is higher than Mount Hood and bit less high than Mount Rainier. But nobody knows Wheeler is even there.

The only somewhat dangerous part of NoMa is on the North Capitol side of things. When the homeless encampments were under the underpasses that could also occasionally see an incident.

Given that the encampments are gone, and you’re multiple blocks from North Capitol with no reason to be close to that part at night, you’re fine.

As someone who’s lived in that part of town for multiple years and watched it change, I’d say it’s nearly as safe as DuPont circle now, for the average person. I mean your apartment is right between an REI, a gay brewery, a planned parenthood, and an elementary school. This isn’t the hood people make it out to be, it’s thoroughly yuppie.

No! Sell it for a competitive price so someone who was going to give them money now… won’t.

Or rusalka.... In English you could either just keep rusalka as in ,,The rusalka came from the water" or translate it as ,,water nymph" because that's ultimately what a rusalka is. Same with vila. You could keep vila (,,At noon in summer, vilas appear in the fields") or translate vila as ,,sun demon" or ,,wheat witch" or something. Do you understand what I mean? In original it's Wiedzmin, in English Witcher, in some other Slavic languages it's Vedmak. Still it's the same creature, but if You google Wiedzmin you'll get Polish result, if you google Witcher you'll get just the books :D
