That thought occurred to me, I'm not convinced they want people to think AI advances quicker than it already is but I don't know.
Something is peculiar.

I don’t…. Most of the time, I just smile and keep my opinions to myself.

Someone locked their bike up to the front gate of our building. It swung inwards and we were all stuck until our landlord came by and cut the bike frame. The bike lock hung there for a decade as a warning. I loved that crazy man.

Reply to Where to get Sun in the Winter? by Ok-Gift-7013
Eastern, Washington; Idaho. As others have said, parts of the Peninsula get more sunny days than most of Western Washington. Sometimes Whidbey and San Juan Islands will have sunshine when other areas don't as well.

It's not that Armenia is blind, it's that there are too many Russian propogandaists and pro-Russian politicians inside of the country. Besides, Armenia can't join NATO because they application will just be vetoed by Turkey. Right now Armenia is stuck in a political alignment mess.

Goddard School Walton Park is where we take our kid. Expensive but I think that’s everywhere. It is a great place in general bc the teachers are good!
Up until 18 months it’s about $1380 a month and just now went down $75 for turning 18 months (different room). But I do 4 days a week instead of 5. Also fully close the last week of December which is hinders us because we both work full time jobs.

How would that have any impact on what type of society we have?
The only thing it changes is the corporate names.
Corporations themselves age out and die all the time when they fail to adapt.

The arm of the record player was spring loaded-it took a pretty good bump to skip, but that needle was hard on a record. I knew a guy who had one in his car back then.

Reply to dependent care FSA - good idea? by c_g201022
As others have said, the main downside is the risk of over contributing and forfeiting the money (happened a lot during covid because day cares closed). Also, it can be a hassle to get reimbursed - make sure to stay on top of the paperwork and don't miss deadlines.
