Hobby lobby didn't want to pay for women's contraceptives, which is totally reasonable. It's bullshit that any company would have to provide something like that. It's a private issue that the government and businesses should stay out of.

It would be, but parallel construction remains legal. Aka. they can use facts obtained illegally to go find evidence they can justify by saying they could of found it in the first place, and then hide the fact they got the original evidence. If the court or the defense only know about the 2nd facts and not the first, they cannot challenge it.

If someone parked their car in your driveway and was nowhere in sight, wouldn’t you call a tow company? I don’t think it’s extreme of someone to cut a bike chain locked onto their property.
