EH - maybe she's just abrasive.
Some people have very little social skills and can't help but rub people wrong.

I still think it's worth a watch. The story does have a pretty solid conclusion but is left open for more at the end of season 2.

The advantage with liquor boxes is that they're often smaller, and don't turn into 75lb behemoths like the 20" cube moving boxes can.

Hotline Miami, I hardly see it brought up in conversation unless it’s about it’s soundtrack (which is fucking great)
It’s got great replay ability and a unique story.

Reply to [TEXT] Feeling irrelevant and left in the dust; I need to make friends but it seems impossible. by thequeasydream
Start with one productive thing each day that improves your life. People will come and go, but when you have a healthy mind, you will more likely attract healthy people. You are worthwhile. You are someone that people will want to hang out with. You just have to be patient and wait for a true connection with someone. You will know when you truly get along. New job, new people. New living place, new neighbors. New hobbies, new interactions with likeminded people. I really hope this helps even a little bit.

Reply to comment by Lopsided-Ad-6696 in TIL In the West the largest meal of the day has historically been eaten at midday. It was not until Napoleon's empire there was the "abominable habit of dining as late as seven in the evening" as British travelers reported. The British adopted later dinners by 1850 from changes in work schedules. by jamescookenotthatone
Same in Newfoundland and Labrador up in Canada. It's a running joke in my family as my stepdad is a Newfie and refers to lunch as dinner, while we refer to supper as dinner/supper interchangeably

Actual Midwesterners don't worry about tornadoes until they're confirmed to be nearby, and even then it depends how it looks outside. I don't know any of my friends who even mention tornado warnings when they're active.
