Exercises for the lower back. I have the same problem but since doing the exercises and lifting objects correctly (crouching down and keeping back straight) helped big time.

I loved that show, the depiction of late Victorian England, the costumes, the music, the story itself. The book was really good too, explained the wife’s “madness.” I felt so bad for the women in the story except maybe for Mrs. Castaway.

Shadowrun for sega genesis.

Pretty much a prototype for the good bioware games. This game was way ahead of its time on many levels:dark gritty atmosphere, conversation trees, respectful representation of native Americans (kinda), in depth stats and character building.

At a time when mortal kombat was making waves for its silly blood fountains, this game had you ripping off corperations, working alongside gangsters and killing cops.

That might be your motive, but not mine. I advocate for every human to be treated with proper respect, especially from those who have claimed to love them.

I hate to say it but 10 minutes isn't bad. I've seen 15-18 minutes within an hour of rush hour.

I used to commute from the near Virginia suburbs to 4000 Wisconsin Ave. by bus and it was 50-75 minutes each way for a trip that was about 10 miles. The best part is when I went to take the bus home, I'd wait at the stop for 30-40 minutes and then see 3 buses (which are supposed to run every 10-15 min) all pull up bumper to bumper.

I'll take a 10 minute metro wait any day.

Coming out with this absolute bullshit motive doesn't help. The shooter was researching rooms above large concerts for months before Vegas, he even booked a room above lolapalooza in Chicago and didn't check in. He was planning this for a while and researching sites that had nothing to do with casinos or gambling.

This shooting is one of the strangest ones. I don't think anybody has a good idea of the truth, but I think we can all agree that we don't have it yet.

I was going for the 14 since it's the newer version and I am not planning to switch phones again in the near future. So I was wondering if I should go for the 14 since it's the newer phone or should I just buy the 13 and save the difference
