Yeah, like Elon or not, the push for open source is always going to be beneficial to the community. Ironic how twitter is more open than ____AI.

>On the dating app it stated that he is a banker, finance professional.
I haven't been on dating apps in ages.
Does this app have a pre-determined set of occupations you can pick from? If that is true, a finance professional could be the closest selection.
Those are virtually the same title in my opinion. Sounds like he is a financial professional of development projects.
And if he was a banker at a point, that seems like transferable job skills. Finance professionals in banking can be the financial advisor in developing projects.
Have you ever inquired to him as to why his bio says that?

Reply to comment by Wheresmycardigan in The Metro is the reason my car stays in the garage for weeks at a time. Without it, I would be driving 3-4 days a week. How much more frequently would you be driving if it werenât for the Metro? by SuperBethesda
Yup, 2 hours. For the cheaper COL and some other things going on in my life, it's manageable. It could be more like 1h 15min if I left real early and drove.....but I rather ride transit and least do something and have it take an extra hour.

He sounds exhausting. Time to ask the question. Is this how you want to live your life? You can only change the situation, you can't change him.

Reply to Depressing Song List by Economy_Ear_3357
Definitely most if not all the songs from August and Everything After by Counting Crows. Even the upbeat stuff like Mr. Jones and Rain King betrays an underlying depression and dissatisfaction with the pain of life. If I had to pick, Raining in Baltimore, Anna Begins, and Round Here always hit me hard.

Dead space. RDR2 is a wonderful game but if you're like me and get distracted by side quests and collectable stuff you'll never finish it.
Dead space is superb though. Not as good as RE4R but close

Reply to comment by Evaderofdoom in DC metro waiting time are sad by magredditbu
10 minutes really isn't that bad. If you get to the station randomly, you would expect a 5 minute wait on average, which is plenty reasonable. If the trains are packed elbow to elbow, it's a different story, but I haven't seen pre-covid packed trains in a while.

Reply to comment by PassingTumbleweed in [P] CAPPr: use OpenAI or HuggingFace models to easily do zero-shot text classification by KD_A
Yes, exactly. There's nothing else to it haha
I only wish the API had an interface to let you cache the prompt's keys and values. That'd save you money, and make CAPPr strictly cheaper than sampling for classification tasks.
