Make a better argument before you claim unfairness prematurely.

I can see why you think comparing the bottom number is the same, but it's not comparing apples to apples. There are a lot of hidden costs the owner bears.
You may be looking at a time horizon that is too small. At .55% you might as well keep it under your mattress lol, but a quick search says the "American Funds 2060 Trgt Date Retire R6" over the last 5 years has returned 14.89%. I would suggest you open an account with vanguard and get a target date fund from them (VTTSX) and pay lower in fees (0.43 VS .08%) also read the book " I will teach you to be rich" by Ramit Sethi.

I second this. Once you have a passport, it's a good backup as u/getfocused12 says, but it also will probably lead to you taking an out of country trip, even if it's "just" to Canada. You're more likely to go when you have it. And if an opportunity comes up to travel, you won't have to worry about getting the passport then and worrying whether it'll show up on time.

I’m in NY. That sucks that they were locked. What kills me is going back to the 6, I had no idea they locked phones. Gave 2 6s away to family overseas, they tell me the phone is locked. Had no idea what they were talking about. That was with Verizon. I paid cash for those phones from Apple. Verizon locked them.

Reply to Wine Source parking spaces in Hampden going to new restaurant by Cindy Wolf and Tony Foreman, City Council member says by locker1313
> “My understanding is that the current parking lot where folks park, where the Wine Source parks, is going to be for the new Cindy Wolf and [Tony] Foreman restaurant that’s going into Café Hon,” Ramos said Tuesday. “The Wine Source is going to lose that…I don’t like tearing down houses for this, but they need the parking.”
Increasingly common Odette Ramos L. Blocks the development of tons of housing units and now advocating for tearing down a duplex because “well what can you do…people gotta park I guess.” Hilarious that she served on the housing committee for Wes Moore’s transition team when her record is this bad on the topic.

I worked for a Goddard school in town and quickly left because they do not take care of babies the way I would want my children taken care of. Four month old babies on the floor screaming and crying and I’m told not to pick them up because they are spoiled. It was gross

Reply to TX-Stabs disappointment by nicolas_33
What do you mean by the stabs were rocking back and forth? The only thing moving should be the stem piece and the wire. And if you lubed it up and there’s still ticking that would suggest the wire just wasn’t straight.
Otherwise something just wasn’t snapped into place correctly.
Or maybe the piece that the wire clips into broke or cracked while you were putting it in? I’ve had that happen once or twice.

Yeah I mean I'll give you that, I've lived here my whole life, and the real estate market has always been somewhat of a bubble. Maybe you saw the article that was posted in this sub last week, explaining that most of our housing shortage issues are the result of people owning second homes, or that is at least the highest percentage of vacant homes and apartments.

Reply to AI, democracy and unemployment by [deleted]
People in general are loyal to whoever pays them. Or better, whoever provides resources to them.
Therefore, people are loyal to the capitalist system for they get paid. They can sell their time in exchange for things that they like.
You can see it this way, 5% unemployed are "scumbags" in the eyes of "honorable" people. 20% unemployed would be an army hunting for resources.
UBI would ne necessary to stop the poor from attacking the rich, not out of kindness, but out of necessity.
Humans, after all, when all ks said and done, sre animals. And the name of the game is survival.

This is just fnaf lol. I was thinking more the aspect of it being an arcade that nobody remembers and doubt it exists, but there are pictures and evidence for it. And the fact that it gets automatically purged from Wikipedia whenever someone tries to add it. Reminded me of that candle cove story.
