I was towed out of the same lot in 2002 - it has not happened to me since then bc I don;t park there and fo somewhere else - they don't patrol the lot - they have it all on camera and some dickhead sits in the office and watches live - sucks it happened but that's the last time it will happen to you

It's not specifically whiskey. It refers to when you are way too drunk and can't get it up or keep it- or just in general have erectile dysfunction stemming from alcohol overuse recently/in the past.

Maybe it is time you put your cards on the table and tell her this is a problem for you and you want to take more proactive steps to address this...would she consider...
a) medication to increase libido
b) sexual therapy to explore other ways to be sexual and satisfied
c) a marriage encounter or retreat to reestablish the importance of intimacy (not necessarily sex)
or else you need to look at:
a) medication to decrease your libido
b) sexual therapy to be happy with less noogie
c) a marriage encounter or retreat to find other ways to be intimate that don't involve sex

I think the way you're phrasing it here is fine. I would go with a simple "So far, I've enjoyed being with you, but in order to continue moving forward, I need X."
Try not to overload him with everything all at once. If you have a list, give him a couple at a time so he doesn't feel attacked.

I used to work at 21st and Market and it really is a sort of deadzone. There's the trolly station there but it's faster just to walk to city hall or 30th street

Governments are competent when competency is necessary to serve their interests. Updating government websites isn’t usually their top priority or even a priority.
